Our Story
Richard Kane founded the company after years of watching other contractors cut corners and break promises. He knew there was a better way—one built on integrity, quality craftsmanship, and treating every project as if it were his own home. When a competitor tried to copy his growing reputation, Richard simply added "Original" to the company name, reminding customers they were working with the genuine article.
Today, from our headquarters in Wilmington, we offer comprehensive construction services while maintaining the same hands-on approach and attention to detail that built our reputation. We're still family-owned, still community-focused, and still committed to doing things right the first time.
